Customer Relationship Executive - Job Duties



CRM Software Management:

Operate and manage customer relationship management (CRM) software effectively. Add, update, and maintain lead and client information in the system. Ensure data accuracy and completeness in the CRM database.

Lead Management:

Enter new leads into the software as they are generated. Track and follow up on leads through the sales funnel. Assign leads to the appropriate sales team members as per the process.

Enquiry Handling:

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, chat, or walk-ins. Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes. Ensure prompt responses and maintain high service quality standards.

Coordination with Sales Team:

Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and lead conversions. Share relevant customer insights or feedback to assist in closing deals. Schedule meetings or calls between clients and sales representatives.

Coordination with Documentation Team:

Ensure smooth flow of client information to the documentation team. Follow up on pending documentation requirements. Assist in collecting, organizing, and verifying client documents.

Reporting and Updates:

Prepare daily or weekly reports on lead status and enquiry trends. Highlight urgent client issues or follow-up requirements to management.

Customer Service and Follow-up:

Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus
