Responsibilities:
Manage store sales, service and generate revenues
Respond to customer inquiries through calls, in person.
Maintain and update customer information accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.
Collect feedback and share insights to improve service quality.
Support retention and follow-up activities as directed by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Fluency in Malayalam and English.
Benefits:
Salary range: ₹15,000 - ?19,000 per month (inclusive of all components).
