CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE (CRE)

The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) plays a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position involves managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless post-sales experience. The CRE acts as a liaison between the dealership/service center and the customer to ensure top-notch service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet and assist walk-in customers at service center. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person professionally and promptly. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales & Service Coordination:

Support sales and service teams by scheduling test drives, follow-ups, and service appointments. Assist customers with vehicle delivery processes and documentation. Coordinate with departments to ensure timely service, delivery, and resolution of issues.

Complaint Handling:

Log and track customer complaints, ensuring they are addressed efficiently. Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their concerns or service.

Customer Satisfaction Monitoring:

Conduct follow-up calls after vehicle purchase or service. Share customer feedback with the management to improve service quality. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

Reporting:

Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction scores. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics (e.g., CSI scores) and contribute to achieving targets.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
