Responsibilities

• Ensuring that orders are executed smoothly and timely.
• Communicate and coordinate with foreign customers for artworks and documents approvals.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Production and purchase team to full file the orders timely.
• Provide support to customers with timely reply\xe2\x80\x99s and provide required information/ Documents.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Dealing with people of different backgrounds and temperaments.
• Solving customer issues and complaints.
• Offering exceptional customer service to customers.
• Maintaining good relationships with customers.
• Taking feedback from customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administrator, Marketing or a relevant field.
• 3 years of experience working as a Customer Relationship Executive or a similar role in the Customer Service department.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in teams and independently.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding in English oral and written communication skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
• Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
• Exceptional people and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional time and task management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 915,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
