Follow call scripts and use knowledge services offered to collect necessarily details from customers and create inquiries and reservations in the CRM application, document any complaints from customers and provide solutions, ensure prompt follow ups.
Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication scripts and use knowledge software products and services to go off-script when necessary
Build positive relationships with customer, ensuring that all questions are handled appropriately
Must have good communication skills and experience in international voice process
