Role Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with customers, ensuring smooth communication, addressing queries, and supporting customer retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Assist customers with queries, requests, and service support
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers
Update customer details in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Support sales and post-sales activities
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
Required Skills

Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Qualifications
PUC or Graduate.
0-6 Months of experience in customer handling / support / sales
