Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Customer Relationship Management



Serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Build long-term, trusted relationships to enhance customer loyalty. Maintain regular communication to understand customer needs and expectations.

2. Customer Support & Issue Resolution



Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or in-person. Resolve complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience. Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.

3. Sales & Upselling



Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products/services. Assist in achieving sales and customer retention targets. Provide product knowledge and support to help customers make informed decisions.

4. Documentation & Reporting



Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Prepare reports on customer feedback, satisfaction levels, and service trends. Update CRM systems with accurate customer information.

5. Coordination with Internal Teams



Collaborate with sales, operations, and service teams to deliver seamless customer service. Share customer insights and feedback to help improve products and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to handle multiple customer accounts and prioritise tasks. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.

Positive attitude and customer-first mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience in customer service or client-facing roles. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Work Environment



Full-time position May require occasional travel or client visits Office or hybrid working model based on company policy

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
