Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
3. Sales & Upselling
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products/services.
Assist in achieving sales and customer retention targets.
Provide product knowledge and support to help customers make informed decisions.
4. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Prepare reports on customer feedback, satisfaction levels, and service trends.
Update CRM systems with accurate customer information.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
Collaborate with sales, operations, and service teams to deliver seamless customer service.
Share customer insights and feedback to help improve products and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer accounts and prioritise tasks.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
