Join EWA, a leading villa rental company, as a Customer Relations Executive! We're looking for enthusiastic, service-oriented individuals to handle guest inquiries, manage bookings, and ensure a smooth and memorable experience for our clients.
Responsibilities include: responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams for bookings and guest support, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. You'll play a key role in delivering top-quality service and building lasting customer relationships.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, customer service or hospitality experience (preferred), strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with basic office and booking tools.
Shifts Available:
Full-Time: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Part-Time: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
