We are looking for a customer relationship executive. The main job is to coordinate with the clients for service requests of the kitchen equipments and ensure the complaints are fixed by assigning the service technicians to site. All communication will be by email and not on call.
The process includes getting quotation from vendors , issuing Purchase Orders, creating and submission of Invoices.
All the reporting and complaint logging is done on Salesforce platform.
Candidates must have good computer knowledge and good communication skills.
