Position - Customer Relationship Executive

Education - Any Degree

Experience - Minimum 1 year, fresher can also apply

Good Communication Skills

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns.

Contact potential and existing customers to present products/services and build rapport.

Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions to achieve business objectives.

Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities.

Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate information

Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to support business growth.

Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates with management

System Knowledge, MS office.
