Appointment Management:
Schedule and confirm appointments, handle cancellations, and follow up with clients post-treatment to gather feedback and promote further engagement.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about all clinic services, treatments, and products to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.
Sales Support:
Assist in promoting clinic services and products, identify upselling opportunities, and support marketing initiatives to drive client retention and acquisition.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate client records, manage databases, and ensure confidentiality of client information.
Feedback Collection:
Gather client feedback and insights to improve service delivery and contribute to overall clinic performance.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless service delivery and a cohesive client experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service or client relationship management, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and services is a plus but not mandatory.
A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for helping others.
