Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Customer Relationship Executives

to join our team. The role involves engaging with existing users of our mobile application and encouraging them to leave reviews on the Play Store.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with existing customers or app users. Politely request users to share feedback and reviews on the Play Store. Meet weekly and monthly review targets. Maintain a record of customer interactions and responses. Share user feedback with the internal team for improvements.

Requirements:

Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.

Good communication skills in English and Hindi are a plus. Strong convincing ability and a customer-friendly attitude. Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or support roles preferred. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
