Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.
Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth engagement.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, etc.).
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
Male candidates only (as per role requirement).
Candidates residing in or near Basheer Bagh, Hyderabad (preferred).
