Handling Customer Inquiries:

Responding to customer inquiries, whether through phone, email, or chat, and providing accurate and timely information.

Resolving Customer Issues:

Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and problems effectively and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.

Providing Excellent Customer Service:

Exceeding customer expectations by providing positive and helpful service interactions.

Building and Maintaining Relationships:

Fostering positive and lasting relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty.

Customer Retention:

Implementing strategies to keep existing customers and minimize churn.

Database Management:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Analyzing Customer Data:

Identifying trends and patterns in customer behavior to inform business decisions.

Upselling and Cross-selling:

Identifying opportunities to increase customer spending by suggesting additional products or services.

Telecalling:

Cold Calling Customers for Marketing and sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.92 - ₹30,000.00 per month
