To receive Guests calls in a friendly, courteous and professional manner at all times o Ensure all Guest and vehicle details are updated on the DMS o Ensure that there is sufficient work loaded each day, by booking appointments to fill up the available hours, using the scheduling system o Provide clear detail of the upcoming appointment o Provide a clear explanation of the Guest concerns o Document and follow up on any issues o Ability to manage Guest expectations o Advise Guests of the arrival time for their booking o Proactive when dealing with Guests and staff
