We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
CRM Intern
to support our customer relationship and communication processes. You'll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to manage customer data, handle inquiries, and assist in improving client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
Assist in responding to client queries and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.
Support in preparing client reports, feedback forms, and documentation.
Track and report customer interactions and feedback.
Help improve CRM workflows and ensure data accuracy.
Participate in campaigns and communication activities to boost engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
0-1 year of experience in CRM, customer support, or sales coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or Excel-based systems preferred).
Good organizational and time management skills.
Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment.
