Role Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic

Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

to handle client interactions, guide them through our interiors process, and ensure an excellent customer experience from enquiry to project handover.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer walk-ins, enquiries, and calls with professionalism. Explain interior design concepts, material options, and showroom displays. Coordinate between clients and the design/technical team. Maintain follow-up with leads and convert them into confirmed projects. Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Maintain CRM records and ensure smooth communication flow.

Requirements:



Graduate / Diploma in any stream (Interior background preferred). 1-3 years of experience in customer handling / sales / front office (interiors or real estate industry advantage). Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Pleasant personality with customer-first attitude. Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and email communication.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
