Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback effectively
Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
Support the execution of business development and customer engagement strategies
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Maintain basic records and reports related to customers and business activities
