We are looking for a confident and customer-focused

Customer Relations Executive

to handle client communication for our interior products business. The role involves interacting with customers across calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media Communicate clearly and professionally in

spoken and written English

Manage customer follow-ups, inquiries, and basic CRM updates Assist in social media interactions, DMs, and lead responses Coordinate with dispatch team and ensure smooth deliveries.

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)

Social media savvy (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.) Good knowledge of computers, MS Office, email, and web tools

Preferred

Experience in interior products, design, or related industry
