Key Responsibilities
Proactively and willingly offer support to our registered members to resolve any problem they may face during the course of partner search.
Building and managing strong relationships with customers to ensure timely renewals and minimum drop-outs.
Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them.
Searching, screening, short listing, establishing contact, initiating meeting between members.
