The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing client interactions, maintaining positive relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The role involves both front-line customer service and coordination between departments to deliver seamless client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, resolving queries promptly.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Follow up on customer feedback, complaints, and service requests.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, operations, etc.) to ensure timely service delivery.
Generate and share daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback.
Support sales or marketing campaigns through customer engagement.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred).
1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or front office roles.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Fluency in English and local language.
Prior experience in the same industry.
