Customer Relationship Executive - Service (CRE - SMR)
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing service follow-ups, reminders, and customer satisfaction for after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and remind customers of due/overdue vehicle services.
Schedule service appointments.
Collect feedback post service and ensure resolution of issues.
Maintain service follow-up database.
Support service advisors in workflow management.
Requirements:
Graduate / Diploma holder.
1-2 years in customer handling role; automobile experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of vehicle service schedules.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
