Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations professional located in Gurugram. The role involves maintaining high levels of customer retention and satisfaction by providing excellent customer support and service. The Customer Relations professional will handle day-to-day communications with clients, address their inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Handling all post-sales activities.
