Required Customer Relationship Executive (Home Loan/Mortgage Loan)

About the Role:

As a

Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing existing relationships for

Home Loan/Mortgage Loan products

. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless loan process.

Pune - Wagholi Pune-Wakad Pune - Tilak Road Pimpri Chichwad Jalgoan Satara Kolhapur Akola

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition: Identify and generate potential leads through various channels (e.g., referrals, cold calling, digital marketing). Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers. Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals effectively. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle. Provide timely updates on loan status and documentation requirements. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently. Cross-sell and upsell additional financial products and services. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all customer interactions and transactions. Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate degree from a recognized university.

2-3 years of experiencein sales, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong understanding of home loan/mortgage loan products and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Age:

20-30 years*
