Minimum 6 months and above in sales in affordable home Loan Sales
Role Overview:
The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for sourcing business, managing customer relationships, and supporting sales growth in the Affordable Housing market segment. The role requires strong communication skills, field sales experience, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Source new customer leads through field visits, market mapping, and local networking.
Explain product offerings, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and connectors.
Assist customers throughout the application process and ensure smooth file login.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (preferably BFSI, Housing Finance, or Affordable segment).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Basic understanding of housing finance products (preferred).
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Energetic and hardworking individuals with a strong sales aptitude.
