Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and update data regularly.
Follow up with clients for feedback, renewals, and service improvement.
Support sales and marketing teams in client communication and engagement activities.
Prepare reports on customer interactions, satisfaction levels, and feedback trends.
Ensure timely communication and professional representation of the company.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in business, marketing, or communication).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Positive attitude, good time management, and ability to multitask.
