Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Maintain customer database and update records regularly
Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and order processing
Follow up with customers for quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries
Ensure timely communication regarding product availability, pricing, and dispatch status
Handle customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution
Support sales team in achieving targets through customer follow-ups and retention
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
Assist in preparing sales reports and customer-related documentation
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / 12th Pass (preferred)
1-3 years experience as CRE / Customer Support / Sales Coordinator (textile preferred)
Good communication skills in Hindi & English (local language preferred)
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM/software)
