JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and installers for solar inverter products.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with sales, production, service, and logistics teams for timely order processing and delivery.
Support after-sales activities including service requests, warranty claims, and technical assistance coordination.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in CRM systems regularly.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management to improve products and services.
Ensure professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience at all stages.
