Job Responsibilities:

Manage

customer data

and update CRM system regularly Handle

client follow-ups

, calls, and messages Coordinate with

sales, accounts, and operations teams

Track orders, dispatch status, and customer feedback Maintain proper records of customers, orders, and payments Prepare daily and weekly CRM reports for management Ensure customer satisfaction and timely response
Requirements:

Experience in

CRM / customer coordination

Good communication skills (English & Hindi) Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM software, WhatsApp) Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Textile industry experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
