Track orders, dispatch status, and customer feedback
Maintain proper records of customers, orders, and payments
Prepare daily and weekly CRM reports for management
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely response
Requirements:
Experience in
CRM / customer coordination
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM software, WhatsApp)
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Textile industry experience is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
