Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in MS Excel
3. Communicate effectively in English and Hindi, both spoken and written
4. Follow up on leads and provide excellent customer service to all clients
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales pitches
7. Provide feedback to the management team to improve overall sales strategies
