JOB PROFILE :



To find out Business development opportunities from client base.

Maintain complete accurate records of discussions or correspondence data with customers.

Follow-up on existing customer w.r.t. to offers made, agreements preparation, documentation.

Create & identify new business opportunities providing advice to customers about your company services.

Managing customer enquiries/leads.

Preparing proposals & presentations (say hello to Powerpoint & pdf).

Initiate and develop a CRM system, Record names, emails, contacts and reactions of prospects contacted into the CRM system.

Attract new customers & improve the company's market position through Social media marketing ( Whats App, Facebook, Twitter).

Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, professional networks.

Understand client needs and propose solutions that suit them best.

Discuss with the customer for site visits.

Display property and customer's Requirements with the Field executives.

Develop network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales.

Able to solve the queries of all potential/interested customers and tell them about the ongoing projects of the company.

Should attend the calls from customers and be available for customer.

Closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed.

Periodic reports to Head.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
