Position Overview
We are hiring a
Telecaller cum CRM Executive
who can handle
telecalling, customer relationship management, and sales support
efficiently. The ideal candidate should have a
pleasant voice
, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage
100+ calls per day
.
Key Responsibilities
Make
100+ outbound calls daily
to new and existing customers
Explain products/services clearly and confidently
Respond to customer queries through calls and messages
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
Follow up for payments and order updates
Coordinate with internal teams for customer support
Maintain polite, professional communication in
Hindi & English
Prepare call logs, reports, and maintain records
Requirements
Experience:
1-2 years in telecalling, sales calling, customer support, or CRM (preferred)
Languages:
Hindi & English (must)
Skills:
Pleasant & clear voice
Confident communication
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry, CRM)
Ability to handle high-volume calls
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Supportive and friendly work environment
Stable working hours with Sunday off
