About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Customer Relationship Executive
to join our growing team. This role is focused on managing and maintaining positive relationships with our
US-based clients and customers
. The position requires excellent communication skills, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in a
night shift environment
.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication with customers, collecting and verifying essential documents, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with company policies. This position is best suited for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are comfortable working with global clients.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication:
Make outbound calls and respond to inbound queries from US-based customers in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain strong communication to build trust and long-term relationships.
Document Management:
Collect, verify, and upload customer documents as per organizational compliance requirements. Ensure that all documentation is accurate, complete, and updated in the system.
CRM Handling:
Maintain and update customer records in the company's CRM system with precision. Track interactions, follow-ups, and progress to ensure smooth workflow and accountability.
Coordination & Follow-ups:
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and follow up on pending documentation or queries. Ensure timely and efficient communication across all departments.
Performance & Targets:
Achieve daily and weekly performance goals related to call volumes, verifications, and customer engagement metrics. Maintain consistency in meeting company standards and KPIs.
Professionalism & Confidentiality:
Uphold company policies and data privacy standards at all times. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
Requirements
Excellent
English communication skills -
both verbal and written - are
mandatory
.
1 to 4 years of proven experience in
Customer Support, BPO, CRM, or Compliance-based roles
.
Comfortable working in
US time zones (Night Shift)
.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently.
Proficient in
basic computer operations, MS Excel, and CRM systems
.
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
