Job Description

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):



Maintain and update customer database using CRM software. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to convert them into sales. Handle customer queries and provide timely updates on product availability, quotations, and delivery schedules.

Sales Coordination:



Coordinate with the Sales and Production teams for order processing and dispatch. Prepare and send quotations, Proforma Invoices, and sales orders. Support field sales executives by providing necessary documentation and data. Monitor sales order status and communicate updates to customers.

Reporting & Analysis:



Maintain records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and order status. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share with management. Track sales targets and assist in achieving team goals.

After-Sales & Service Support:



Coordinate with service/technical teams for customer complaints or product returns. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely response and resolution.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
