We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Relation Executive
who can communicate fluently in
Tamil
. The role involves managing customer interactions, addressing queries, and ensuring an excellent service experience to build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in
Tamil and English
.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and promote company products/services.
Requirements:
Fluency in Tamil (mandatory)
and good command of English/Hindi is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹9,574.40 - ₹30,000.00 per month
