to manage and convert inbound leads generated from Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). You will be responsible for engaging with potential wholesale buyers, explaining our fashion product offerings, and guiding them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and follow up on leads generated from Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Explain product features, pricing, and wholesale deals to potential customers. Understand customer requirements and guide them accordingly. Maintain a record of calls and update lead status regularly. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for continuous lead optimization.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer relationship roles. Prior experience in fashion or wholesale sales is a

plus

. Excellent verbal communication in

Hindi and English

. Comfortable working from home with a stable internet connection. Basic understanding of Meta platforms and lead handling.
