Job Description


Support e-commerce activities, resolve customer queries, deliver customer satisfaction, build relationships, participate in marketing calling campaigns, assist in logistics-related tasks, and manage reception duties, including greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and providing general administrative support.


Feedback management with active gathering and analysis of customer feedback contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.


Generate comprehensive reports to ensure that valuable insights are utilized efficiently and data-driven strategies are implemented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
