Overview
We are seeking a proactive Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating with internal team members, overseeing their work, and acting as a key point of contact for influencer collaborations. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with team members to ensure digital marketing tasks and campaigns are completed on schedule and run smoothly.
Review the team's outputs for quality, providing support and guidance as needed.
Collaborate with influencers to enhance campaign outreach.
Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as social media, email, and websites.
Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other teams to ensure cohesive marketing materials.
Utilize analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and propose improvements.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and share insights with the team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field.
Proficiency in managing and coordinating multiple team members effectively.
Experience in web content creation and social audience development.
Expertise in using social media platforms effectively.
Understanding of best practices in search, social media, and email marketing, including the content and approaches suitable for each.
Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
Strong leadership qualities paired with solid digital marketing expertise.
