The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. The role involves managing client interactions, resolving queries, upselling/cross-selling products or services, and acting as the primary point of contact between the company and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Generate leads through relationship-building and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Prepare reports on customer interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
