Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate customer records. This role requires close coordination with internal teams to resolve concerns, track service requests, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:



Manage daily customer interactions and maintain strong client relationships Handle queries via calls, emails, and messages Ensure timely follow-ups and proactive communication Update and maintain customer information in CRM systems Coordinate with sales, support, and operations teams for issue resolution Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate concerns when necessary Prepare basic reports and maintain documentation

Key Skills:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools Customer-first attitude with attention to detail

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
