Handle daily walk-in and online foreign exchange inquiries and transactions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
Provide tailored solutions for customers related to foreign exchange products (buying/selling foreign currency, travel cards, remittances, etc.).
Educate clients about currency rates, market trends, and relevant compliance procedures.
Achieve individual and team sales targets for foreign exchange products.
Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and company guidelines (KYC/AML).
Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, compliance) to ensure smooth execution of services.
Stay updated on currency market trends, global financial news, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in foreign exchange, banking, or financial services.
Skills:
Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of foreign exchange processes and currency markets.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Certifications (Preferred):
AMFI/IRDA or other financial service certifications.
