Job Opportunity - Customer Relationship Officer / Phone Banking Officer (Inbound Process)

Role: Customer Relationship Officer / Phone Banking Officer (Inbound)

We are hiring for a permanent role in our Banking Inbound Customer Service Process. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in the BFSI domain.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Education: Open to Graduates & Freshers. Undergraduates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi (English equivalent to Versant Level 4 and above). Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) only.

Work Schedule:

6-day working process | Rotational weekly off
Shift Window: 8 AM - 8 PM (9-hour rotational shift)
Male Employees (WFO): 8 AM - 8 PM, rotational shifts as per process roster
Female Employees (WFO): 8 AM - 6 PM, rotational shifts as per process roster

Salary & Benefits:

Fresher Associates: ₹16,500 (?13,000 Basic + ?2,000 RB + ?1,500 TA)

Experienced Associates: ₹17,500 (?14,000 Basic + ?2,000 RB + ?1,500 TA)

Incentives: Performance-Linked Incentives (Variable)
