Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Provide accurate product/service information and recommend solutions based on customer needs.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Track and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in achieving customer satisfaction and retention targets.
Update and maintain customer records in CRM systems.
Support sales/marketing campaigns by engaging with customers and promoting new offerings.
Prepare and share regular customer feedback reports with management.
