Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive

Customer Relationship Executive (Female only)

Gold & Diamond Retail brand

based in

Indiranagar, Bangalore (560038)

. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for building lasting customer relationships in the luxury retail sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and engage customers, providing personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience. Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and after-sales support. Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism. Support the sales team in achieving store targets while ensuring superior customer service standards. Maintain accurate customer records and update databases to track engagement and preferences.

Requirements:

Female candidates only. Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred. Prior experience in

customer service, retail, or luxury products

will be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality, confident, and customer-oriented. Ability to handle high-value products with responsibility and integrity.
