Profile - Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Qualification - Grdaute with Good English communication

Experience - Min. 2+ yrs as a CRE / Tele sales / Customer Executive.

Salary - Upto 30k CTC

Location - Rohini- Delhi

Key Responsibilities

Manage leads, opportunities, and quotations.

Track distributors, dealers, and channel partners.

Automate pricing, discounts, and volume-based offers.

Forecast demand based on customer orders.

Connect CRM with ERP to align orders with production schedules.

Track order status from quotation ? order ? manufacturing ? dispatch.

Automatic alerts for delivery timelines.

Manage warranty, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and service requests.

Track complaints, service tickets, and resolutions.

Spare parts management & replacement history.

Product launch campaigns for dealers/customers.

Bulk SMS/Email/WhatsApp integration.

Feedback collection and surveys.
