Key Responsibilities:

Attend to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate assistance Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, and visitors Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic office coordination tasks Support internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Eligibility Criteria:

Female candidate with 1-2 years of relevant experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Fluency in English is mandatory Presentable, courteous, and professional demeanor
