CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE (FEMALE)



The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and resolving issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention. On a day-to-day basis, you'll manage assigned clients with care, making sure they receive timely access to our services, while building and sustaining strong, long-lasting relationships. Scheduling and facilitating client meetings, and engaging in cold calling and business development initiatives. Ultimately, your goal is to create smiles for our clients through responsive, attentive service and a relentless commitment to their satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via CRM, phone, email, WhatsApp, and during campaigns. Onboard registered candidates and parents to services, ensuring a smooth and welcoming, experience. Service assigned clients on a day-to-day basis, addressing their needs and ensuring consistent, support. Ensure timely delivery of all services promised to clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent communication and, service. Accurately fill out application forms for students across various education portals. Handle choice filling and course selection assistance based on student preferences and eligibility. Ensure timely submission and tracking of application forms. Maintain student records and documentation in digital and physical formats. Coordinate with the admissions team and provide support throughout the student admission cycle. Address data discrepancies and ensure high data accuracy. Schedule and facilitate online meetings with clients, ensuring a seamless virtual experience. Conduct sales cold calls and engage in business development activities to attract and convert new leads.

REQUIRED SKILLS:



Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills Excellent listening skills -- ability to understand client problems or queries and suggest appropriate solutions. Proven experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to respond effectively in real time. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset focused on delivering satisfaction. Familiar with educational portals and admission processes Ability to work with speed and accuracy under minimal supervision.

QULIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:



A bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry

,

especially in the context of student admissions. Proficiency in using computers, MS Office tools, and internet-based application platforms. Familiar with educational portals and admission processes. Ability to work with speed and accuracy under minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset focused on delivering satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
