To efficiently ensure the timely delivery of products while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction by coordinating between stores, brands, and customers.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between stores and brands for service-related issues.
Receive service watches from stores and escalate the issues to respective brands.
Accurately enter service details in the system for escalation and tracking.
Follow up with brands to ensure timely closure of pending services.
Support the Customer Relations Executive (CRE) in maintaining and arranging customer databases.
Manage logistics and coordination for the transfer of service watches.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum: Diploma / Graduate in any stream.
Prior experience in service coordination or customer support
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
