Sort and maintain the contact list of existing and previous customers.

Research and identify potential textile shops and make calls.

Initiate calls to customers to maintain relationship and encourage repeat business.

Respond to customer queries.

Inform customers about new arrivals, promotional offers, schemes, and seasonal collections.

Daily report preparation and discuss with management.

Track and contact customers who have not visited recently to understand concerns and invite them back.

Share daily call reports and customer interaction summaries with the management.

Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and professional communication.

Assist in lead generation and support sales team with warm leads for follow-up.

. Maintain a call log and update customer database regularly

Pay: ?15,000.00 per month
