Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
Collaborate with sales and support teams to improve customer experience
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Assist in preparing customer reports and feedback summaries
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM software is a plus
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
